What We Can Do

Surgery

Having an experienced team of veterinarians is the only way to ensure that any surgical procedure is completed as quickly and smoothly as possible. Completing an operation at our facility guarantees that minimal amounts of stress and discomfort will be experienced by your pet before, during, and after the procedure.

Our surgical team is skilled in the following procedures:

  • Orthopedic Surgery
  • Soft Tissue Surgery
  • Neurosurgery

Orthopedic Surgery

Pets can easily injure ligaments and bones and some of these injuries may require surgery in order for your pet to fully recover. Common injuries that require orthopedic surgery are:

  • Bone fracture repair
  • Bone and joint dislocation correction
  • Ligament repair
  • Degenerative joint treatment

Soft Tissue Surgery

While your primary care veterinarian may perform simple procedures such as spaying and neutering, they are not qualified to perform advanced surgeries. Our team can help restore or improve the life of your pet by performing the following operations:

  • Tumor removal
  • Head and neck surgery
  • Hernia repair surgery
  • Cancer recovery surgery
  • Amputations
  • Abdominal surgery
  • Emergency surgery
  • Airway surgery

Neurosurgery

Some dog breeds are at an increased risk of degenerative diseases that affect the spinal cord. Pugs, dachshunds, and other toy breeds may require evaluation to determine if they are at risk. Our team can not only perform the tests required to diagnose these conditions, but they can also perform the surgery needed to protect your pet from further progression of the disease.

Our team is qualified in performing more surgeries than what is listed on this page. If you need a procedure completed that is not listed here, contact our offices to see if our team can help your pet.
